There is a research fee of $65 for my time and expertise in crafting a personalized itinerary for your trip. This fee allows me to dedicate the necessary time to researching and booking the best flights, accommodations, and activities for you, based on your preferences and budget.

Group flight rates minimum of 15 passengers flying from the same airport. We are able to obtain contract flight rates departing and returning the same dates. 

Please be advised that any booking cancellations are subject to a $25 fee. This fee is necessary to cover the administrative costs associated with the changes we must make with our vendors. 

After the fee is paid, we will move forward and cancel the trip within a proper time-frame 

Any cancellation made after 9;00pm EST will be cancel the next day .

If you require any changes to an existing booking, we are here to assist you seamlessly. Our team can adjust your arrangements based on your specific needs. Should you find yourself in a destination and wish to extend your trip, please note that a fee will be collected. This fee is necessary to confirm availability with our vendors and ensure a smooth extension of your travel plans. 

Modification must be made before 9pm 

Please be advised that any bookings or changes made after business hours, specifically after 11 p.m., or emergency last-minute bookings will incur a fee of $35. This fee is necessary to accommodate the additional resources required to address your needs outside of regular business hours. Before processing any bookings or changes during these times, the fee will be collected to ensure prompt and efficient service.
